As the director of Connect ‘n’ Grow, Dr. Naomi Gleadow ensures that quality programs are being delivered to increase the health and social service workforce of Australia. She co-founded the RTO with her husband, Michael Gleadow in 2012. Since then, she has been using her medical background to review programs, supervise trainers, engage with students, and provide strategic direction.

She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery at Monash University in Victoria. She is also a recipient of the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Dr. Naomi’s passion for Women’s Health and Children’s Health is reflected by her qualifications including a Diploma of Child Health (DCH) and a Masters in Women’s Health Medicine (MWomHMed). Her experience as a doctor in Africa and regional Australia simply adds to her credentials.

Dr. Naomi is the mother of three lovely children—Luke, Olivia, and Hugh. Outside her work at Connect ‘n’ Grow, she also works at a local General Practice and an Aboriginal Medical Service in Townsville. Her passion for improving the health of Australia’s First People drives her to work hard every single day.
