Diversity in Education
We have always promoted diversity and inclusion. To support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students completing a program with us, our founders established Seed Foundation Australia in 2015. This not-for-profit has been fortunate to secure $2.5 million from the Ian Potter Foundation and the Tim Fairfax Family Foundation through until 2022. We don’t just support the education of Australia’s First People, we provide education directly. We recognize individual differences and believe that they enrich learning.
I have worked with Connect 'n' Grow over several years around the improvement of Vocational Education and Training. More recently we have begun to deliver their Health and Community Services Training program at Unity College. I have always found them to be responsive to the needs of our school and students. They have always gone the extra mile to ensure our students are getting the best possible career outcomes.

Connect 'n' Grow is our RTO delivering health training at St Teresa's College, Abergowrie. We have been working with Connect 'n' Grow for 6 years and have always been impressed with their communication and follow through. Connect 'n' Grow is always looking to implement ways to get the best possible industry outcomes for our students. Every year 10 student now completes the health training. I highly recommend Connect 'n' Grow if you are looking to deliver a health qualification at your school.

Connect 'n' Grow always goes the extra mile to help and support our students. They are actively involved in organising traineeship opportunities for our students. They set the standard for the VET in Schools programs. The online platform and resources are exemplary and user friendly, for both staff and students.
